6.21.20 Response Questions

The leper’s question was, “IF you are willing.” He understood the power but doubted Jesus’s love and compassion. Jesus responded,  “I AM WILLING.” His response to weakness is compassion! 

Jesus could have SPOKEN healing, but instead he EMBRACED the leper - a man who was a complete societal outcast!

Today, Ask Yourself:

Are you aware of the spiritual leprosy in your heart? 

  • Spiritual pride (feeling no need for God) is a worse disease than spiritual leprosy

Do you believe that God has compassion on you? 

  • He sees and knows you 

  • He sees who you are right now AND who He wants you to become 

Do you believe He is willing to heal you? 

  • If you doubt, look at the cross 

What is stopping you from coming to Jesus today?
